A Leadership Book Subscription – LeaderBooks

Not all books are created equal. Not every book carries the same value. That’s why I typically read books that are recommended by people I know and trust. LeaderBooks is a monthly digital reading companion designed to help you quickly read the world’s greatest leadership books while retaining and applying more of their core ideas. The reading list is curated by Michael Hyatt, a trusted leadership mentor.

An Easy Way to Listen to Books – Audible

Audiobooks are a fantastic way to read books. Audible is the gold standard for audiobook apps. Amazon bought them a few years ago making easy to enjoy your books on iOS (Apple iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad), Android, Sonos, Kindle, and Alexa-enabled devices. And when you switch a device, pick up right where you left off.

Easy to Act On Book Summaries – Blinkist

Most books could (and maybe should) have been a simple white-paper. That’s why I’ve found Blinkist so valuable. Blinkist distills books into bitesize text and audio summaries that can be consumed in about 15 minutes. I’ve read and applied several Blinkist summaries and have seen noticeable results.

An App to Read on (Almost) Any Device – Kindle

Amazon became the market leader for ebooks. I’ll admit, I still love physical books but I don’t have space for them. Amazon’s free Kindle app makes it possible for me to read my eBooks on virtually any device — so my library is only a click or tap away. The app also makes it easy for me to take notes, access my highlights, and see the most popular highlights from other readers.
