I always enjoy reading my good friend Chuck Allen’s Four for Friday posts so I thought it would be fun to put out a list of some things I’m enjoying right now.
A book I’ve found game-changing: Free to Focus by Michael Hyatt
I first learned the Free to Focus Framework through an online course by the same name. I have since become a student of the material. If you live with the feeling of overwhelm and learned that no productivity app or hack can fix the feeling, I’d recommend giving this book a read. Purchase your copy April 13, 2019, to claim nearly $500 worth of bonuses. Just visit freetofocusbook.com once you’ve purchased your copy.
A song that helps me focus: Spirit Lead Me by Influence Music and Michael Ketterer
I‘m not sure where I first heard this song, but it has become my go-to song when I‘m preparing for the day or before speaking.
An app to try: Marco Polo
This app provides a fun and easy way to connect with others by sending video messages. I‘ve found it especially helpful when trying to connect with friends in other time zones.
A restaurant to try: Lola‘s Mexican Cantina
This recommendation won’t surprise Sugar Hill Church folks. If you are looking for some of the friendliest people on the planet and fresh, Mexican food, Lola’s is for you! Fun fact: the restaurant is connected to a gas station, which makes it better!
