I think we’ve all heard how important it is to stay hydrated throughout the day. The general rule of thumb is that we should all drink half of our body weight in ounces.
This YETI Rambler is by far my favorite water bottle. Here are the things I like about it: The top has a handle on top, making it easy to carry. The lid comes with a chug cap, making it easy to drink. The lid is removable, so you can also use it as a normal tumbler. I have the 18 oz. version. This is small enough to fit in my car’s cupholder yet large enough to get drink a decent amount of water per filling.
